We are looking for a talented HR and Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources function, including employee relations, benefits, and administration. Additionally, the HR and Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the company's recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating job candidates. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the hiring needs and goals of the company and its clients

  • Create and post job listings on various platforms, including the company's website and social media channels

  • Source and screen resumes and applications, ensuring that all candidates meet the necessary qualifications and requirements

  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews with candidates

  • Collaborate with the team and clients to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions

  • Manage the entire hiring process for the company, from the initial application to the final offer

  • Ensure that all new hires complete necessary paperwork and onboarding processes

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all job postings, candidates, and hires

  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make adjustments as needed

  • Develop and maintain employee handbook and ensure that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  • Coordinate employee relations activities and provide support and guidance to employees as needed

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee data and ensure that all necessary reports are prepared and submitted in a timely manner

  • Coordinate and manage the company's attendance tracking system and provide support and guidance to employees as needed

  • Support the management team and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company and the satisfaction of its employees

Sourcing, Screening, Recruitment, HR Laws and Regulations, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Technology proficiency, Flexibility, Adaptability

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and human resources management, preferably in a start-up environment OR Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and human resources management, preferably in a start-up environment

  • Experience with recruitment systems is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and human resources best practices, laws, and regulations

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
